【障害2026/9/14】ヘルプページの画像が表示できない状態になっておりました

2026/9/14(月) 20:17〜10/1(木) 7:36　ヘルプページの画像が表示できない状態となっておりました。

画像の配信に利用しているGyazoの緊急メンテナンスにより、ヘルプページ内の一部の画像が表示できず、エラーが表示される状態となっておりました。

現在は復旧し、ほとんどの画像が表示されるようになっております。

一部、表示されない画像が残っている可能性があり、順次確認・対応を進めております。

なお、ロイロノート・スクールのご利用には影響ありませんでした。

2026/10/1 7:36　外部サービスの復旧により、ほとんどの画像が表示されるようになりました。表示されない画像が残っていないか、引き続き確認を進めております。

2026/9/18 9:55　多くのページで画像が表示されるようになりました。一部の画像は引き続き表示できない状態のため、復旧に向けて対応を進めております。

2026/9/17 9:23　外部サービス側と連携し、引き続き復旧に向けて対応を進めております。

2026/9/15 9:42　外部サービス側で一部復旧しましたが、ヘルプページの画像は引き続き表示できない状態です。復旧状況を注視しております。

2026/9/14 20:17　外部サービス側より障害発生の案内がありました。

Between 8:17 PM on Monday, September 14, 2026, and 7:36 AM on Thursday, October 1, 2026, some images on our support pages were not displaying correctly.

Due to emergency maintenance by Gyazo, the image hosting service we use, some images on our support pages were unavailable and displayed an error.

The service has now been restored, and images are displaying correctly on most pages.

Some images may still be unavailable, and we are continuing to check and restore them.
